ADVENTURE-TOURS · KENYA
Travel through the heart of the wild beauty of Kenya on this short but unforgettable tour of Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru, where open savannahs and big cats abound.
The Journey
A Kenyan expedition revealing its magnificent national parks along the seemingly endless savanna, where a wealth of big cats and endangered animals are hidden among the grasslands.
This 4-day tour will shape your memories with the vibrant rhythm of Africa, which will delight and fulfill every nature lover.
Your East African circuit begins in Nairobi, where the buzz of the city quickly gives way to the gentle grasses of the legendary Masai Mara National Park. As you enter this world-famous reserve, anticipation builds for the upcoming animal encounters.
You will travel in open safari vehicles and arrive with an overnight bag for an immersive safari experience under the wide sky. Spend the day exploring the vibrant ecosystem of the Masai Mara.
This is one of the most rewarding destinations for wildlife observation in Africa, home to the Big Five as well as cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and thousands of migrating wildebeests. Leopards lie above trees and elephants roam the thicket, while numerous photographic opportunities await you.
Another day is dedicated to exploring this world to ensure you have a safari experience you will never forget.
On the third morning, our afternoon is reserved for the picturesque sanctuary of the Nakuru National Park. Centered around the lake and its rich birdlife, Nakuru greets you with flamingos painting the shore pink and pelicans gliding over the water.
During your afternoon drive through this park, keep an eye out for white and black rhinos. Originally an oasis for birds, this park now hosts a diverse animal population against the backdrop of acacia forests.
Your final day takes you back to Nairobi, but not without a proper farewell. We begin with a visit to the Nairobi Giraffe Centre, where you can stand face to face with the elegant Rothschild giraffe.
Then venture into the Nairobi National Park, a remarkable reserve that is the only one in the world that hosts wildlife so close to an urban landscape. Its inhabitants include lions, rhinos, and herds of antelope freely roaming against the city skyline.
This extraordinary blend of urban and untamed beings provides a fitting conclusion to your journey and captures the spirit of Kenya's wild heart and landscapes.
We leave the capital Nairobi and travel to the Masai Mara, which is globally known for its endless plains of wildlife and spectacular beauty. The visit to the Masai Mara is conducted in safari-like vehicles and not in a truck. For this reason, you are asked to bring a small overnight bag for traveling. You will need your towel, clothing, toiletries, and camping utensils.
The rolling grasslands of the Masai Mara offer ideal opportunities for wildlife observation and photography. Some of the animals that can be found here are elephant, black rhinoceros, buffalo, leopard, cheetah, wildebeest, zebra and gazelle. Hippopotamuses and crocodiles are abundant in the murky brown waters of the rivers that traverse this reserve. Today we will spend the whole day driving through the Mara in search of all the animals.

This morning we said goodbye to Mara before we set off for Lake Nakuru National Park, where we will enjoy a game drive through the park in the afternoon. Lake Nakuru is home to large flocks of flamingos and pelicans as well as black and white rhinos, leopards, lions, and numerous antelopes. Originally established as a bird sanctuary, Lake Nakuru was elevated to national park status in 1968.
We get up early and say goodbye to Lake Nakuru before heading towards Nairobi. Upon our arrival in Nairobi, we will visit the Nairobi Giraffe Centre, followed by a safari through Nairobi National Park. Nairobi National Park is home to black rhinoceroses, lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, and much more.
